Steve Brown is the creator of TaijiToy, the first three-dimensional representation of the centuries-old Yin and Yang symbol. Over three decades ago, Steve sketched his first vision for TaijiToy in the margins of this college notebook. Breaking the two-dimensional form, he revealed whale, penguin, fish, and teardrop characters hiding in the contrasting hemispheres. Today, his idea has come to life in a collection of trading toys that can be mixed, matched, and joined together with 14 colors, yielding over 91 unique combinations.

TaijiToy explores the ideas of duality and the contrasting forces that exist within every person, place, and thing in the world. Steve’s ever-expanding Taiji-Verse seeks to explore life’s mysteries while captivating and growing alongside Taiji-Fans worldwide.
